This makes twice I've ordered with this company. I've paid for the fastest shipping they offer, which is supposed to be 1 to 2 business days to ship out. Both times have taken 6 days. The packing job is kind of messy. I almost thru away my pacman frog, because it was in a tiny cup in the middle of crumpled up newspaper. They animals were healthy. But that's about all the good I can say. Customer service seems to have a short fuse when it comes to responding to queries by concerned customers. Unless you don't mind waiting much longer than you paid for and expected, go somewhere else.
