It's a bait and switch scam. They tell you one price upfront and then you send your phone in and they say the battery is less than 80%. They will offer your phone back, but who knows what they have done to it. I have sold phones to similar companies without an issue. Stay far away from this group.

You selected the "Flawless" condition for your device, when you selected the "Flawless" condition the requirements are listed for you to review. One of the requirements is for the device to have above 80 percent in battery health with no Service alert in the Settings application. Since your device had a lower than 80 percent battery health and a Service indicator (we sent photos over of your device so you could see what we were experiencing), your item fell under the "Faulty" condition. We communicated this information to you and offered to send your item back free of charge if your did not want to proceed. You elected to sell the item at the adjusted offer.
