Yesterday i ordered a bark collar, then a extra fee showed up on banking app. No where in their site does it say Hong Kong company. Got charged an international fee! Within 6 hrs i tried to cancel order, site said 8-14 days for delivery. Right after I tried to cancel I got an email saying order processed and on way. Many more emails to cancel are not being responded to. The only reply after email saying processed was to say their system is fully automated and they'll see what they can do. Nothing at all after that. Now my bank says the only way to cancel is to close my card that's attached to many auto pay accts. They've wreaked havoc on me because they won't cancel order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Just checked BBB site, they have an F.

Update, I finally got a refund and they stopped the shipping, but still stuck with international fee from MC
