I never received the items I ordered from Diadem Boutique. When I placed the order on March 18,2017 I was not aware that I would be ordering items from China. I did get tracking information on March 20, but the link did not work. Emails to Diadem Boutique resulted in automated replies that were not helpful.

We apologize that you have not received a response from us. In regards to not answering your email I just wanted to note that if you emailed us a support@diademboutique.com this is an automated email that directs our customers to a FAQ page which answers about 95% of the inquiries we receive. The email notates that an additional email is located at the bottom of the FAQ page for escalated customer support issues like this.

We state on our website that we source our jewelry from many different designers in the US, Europe, and Asia and we have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia where our products ship from. If you ever feel like the quality is not worth the price, we offer a 30 day return policy.

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order. We mention on our website that delivery can take up to 6 weeks on rare occasions. Please contact us at help@diademboutique.com and our customer support team would be happy to assist you. We would like to get this situation resolved in a favorable manner. We look forward to hearing from you.
