My Instagram account was hacked by lysonkheim9 who then performed illegal activities with my Facebook account. Facebook suspended and then disabled my account without even sending me notice because the hackers changed my email, phone number and birthdate. My business page for my salon and my books is attached to this personal account. My salon page is a vital part of my business and many people search out my salon and message me there. There is no email of phone to contact Facebook about this. Although the account under my name was disabled, the pages attached to it remain up but I am not able to access them. I am not able to access Messenger either. Through information from friends I found that people can continue message me on my business pages and Facebook is generating a false message saying that I have received this message and will get back to them. Adding to all of this, I cannot administrate on my Instagram account either because it is linked to my Facebook account. While locked out of my account the hackers used a credit card that Facebook stored. The whole thing is a mess and Facebook clearly has no intention of dealing with any of it. How is it legal for a company this size to have absolutely no customer service and no responsibility to their clients.
