Trying to return a coat that arrived damaged ( belt) and called their call center 10 times@ 573-886- 0407, tried all the prompts. Not a single live rep available.
Emailed customer support 3 times, no response. This company is a total scam, went downhill after they sold it and shut down all their physical stores. Do NOT purchase from them. Avoid!
