My husband and I booked with unsold.com for our first time ever July 11th 2021. It is not August 7th and I've come to find that our room was cancelled August 4th 2021 without any notice, why? The only reason I found out that Our room had been cancelled was due to me trying to log into my unsold.com account to see if there were any other hotels that we could reserve while on out trip out west to find that the website www.unsold.com was down for maintenance, I called the hotel directly and they were the ones to confirm that the reservation had been cancelled on August 4th. I work for a telecommunications company here in Canada and I understood that at times the website can be down while IT is working on any issues. I tried looking for customer service contact number and was unable to find any helpful information to get live assistance with our concern. I did find a live chat for customer service and I feel disappointed to say that I've been waiting for a customer service rep to answer my chat for over 8 hours and knowing that they won't answer. I do not recommend this company, save your money and order from Hotwire or Bookings.com, my husband and I have been using these two reputable companies for a number of years with no issues. If for any reason our issue with Unsold.com contacts me with an explanation and refund I will certainly update my review. I do have my email stating that I purchased the hotel room and that it was confirmed and I'm working on updating the pictures. Best of luck to all!
