Worse company ever. Managers never call back and the customer service number is a joke. I'm out $2000 because I had to purchase a last minute flight and hotel due to the fact that my flight was cancelled and was rescheduled for earlier that day. Yet booking was texting me right up to 2 hrs before my supposed imaginary flight.that wasn't there. My lesson to everyone please book directly with a company never use a third party company they will not have your back.
