I purchased SW airline voucher almost 3 years ago and have put in NUMEROUS tickets asking why they do not send me my vouchers or refund my money. They either do not respond or they say they are waiting for the vouchers. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT BID ON ANYTHING WITH BIDSAUCE. THIS IS A WARNING.
