We had booked through this 'service' 2 months ago for a flight leaving in 2.5 days. When I realized that the "confirmation" they sent at time of booking did not include the e-ticket, I called the toll free # on the email. "James" (who seems to be the only person who answers this line) informed us that the credit card used was decline by the airline (BTW it was a connecting, 2 different airline flight) and that they had called to inform us. Strange, no VM was ever left. No cancelation notice ever sent. Oh, but wait! He can rebook us today at a deal. The 'deal' worked out to be $900 more than what we originally booked. When I asked to speak with a Manager he put me on hold then asked to call back. I waited 45 min then called again, don't be surprised, "James" answered. Only to inform me that they were still working on it. He then said if we E-Transfer the funds they can book it for us. Like WTF? An e-transfer? He then offered to send me a link for PayPal. Are you kidding me? I'm not clicking on any link from you guys! I told him that the place he is working for is sketchy as eff and that I would be reporting to the BBB. This was so stressful! We are flying from Canada to Peru for a cruise in a matter of days. We could have been up S*#t creek. No endorsement from from FlightHub, but I called them and a lovely "Ian" got us booked up in 10 minutes and stayed on the line with me until I received out E-Tickets. DO NOT BOOK with BuyMyTrip!
