I had 2 orders placed early September and have been receiving status updates of delivery until October 7, then the notifications stopped. Received a Rate Your Experience like this one mid October and noted on both that I have not received any of the products yet. It's been over 6 weeks by now. I know living in Hawaii might have longer ship times, but I have received previous orders super quick so this didn't make sense. Guess no one reads the reviews? Anyways, thanks to Jordan I am getting a replacement order and hope to receive soon. I will update this once I receive the order replacement.
