I called today their 800 number. I have two returns from 2022 and never received the credits on my credit card. I was informed I had a credit in my account to purchase something from them. According to my receipts I was supposed to be credited for $81.89 but the balance that they are giving me is$41.07. They charged me for the returns even though I returned them According to their rules and the label said "No postage necessary if mailed in the US." I insisted on getting the credit for $41.07 back on my credit card (even though I know I should get more) so the representative said that she would send my "cas" to the Customer Support Dept. for them to decide to credit my card. How do you like that? It's not for sure they will return my money. How many people are being treated like me? Imagine. This online business is getting away with dishonest policies.
