I just stop to write this review for a staff member here at the Coop City, Bronx NY branch, as I just could not let it go by. I was having a billing issue for a while now and could not get to anyone in the corporate office to sort it out. I was finally directed to the manager or could be the supervisor whose name is Roxy. After I explained my situation to Ms, Roxy, she apologized for the inconvenience I am faced with and reassured me that she will do her best to help resolve my issues.
She did as promised in a professional manner. I respected that young lady's passion for her clients and how she demonstrated customer service, and not just customer service, but superior customer service. She went above and beyond the call of duty to see that my issues were resolved. This world needs more customer service reps like her. Today, I am happy as all the issues, I had were resolved between her and Ms. Susan at the corporate office.
Great teamwork. Thank you both so much. You ladies are definitely a keeper.
