“First Convenience Bank Disaster”

I was a customer of 1stCB for 7 years. Debit card awful. Went out of town not out of state and debit card declined and have money in the bank! Father's Day weekend was a disaster. Had issues 2 wks ago and went to close acct but let Supervisor talk me out of it. I'm done because they can't get it together.

Tip for consumers:
Do your homework before banking with First Convenience.

Debit card declined with more than sufficient funds in the account
