I have had WooLash eye serum since march of 2022. The box STATES...use once daily at bedtime.
Which I have done daily with no results to length or thickness. Called the help desk to talk about this and get a refund (1-10-23) and she gave me reason after reason that I was not using it correctly or should be using twice a day. My eye lid was clean and dry. Have used other types of serums that worked way better than this. Would not recommend.
