I signed up for Lip Monthly mid-January 2022 and paid for an entire year in advance. I didn't receive the February bag which was expected but I did receive the March bag. Unfortunately, the March bag would be the only bag I would receive to date, it's now the end of June.

I've reached out to Lip Monthly customer service the only way I could, through an online form on their website. After leaving nunneries messages and nobody got back to me, I sent a message threatening to tell my story on Yelp, Pissed Consumer and similar websites. FINALLY somebody named Jason got back to me although it was through an e-mail The date was May 12,2022. Here is what that e-mail said:

"Thank you for reaching out to us.

We're genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I'll have this escalated again to expedite the process and we'll keep you posted on any updates.

For any other concerns, feel free to reach out to us and we are always happy to help!

Jason
LM Support"

Keep me posted? NEVER heard back from Jason again and I did respond to his e-mail. Escalated and expedited? Only if that means I'll be sent to the back of the line because that's EXACTLY what it seems they did.

This company is by far the worst, hands down. Their support should be called customer no service and they should really be investigated for a Ponzi scheme. Look at other websites and the reviews other Lip Monthly subscribers left, what is happening g to me happens to A LOT of other people and this is Lip Monthly's mosus operandi. The $115 people pay for a one year subscription becomes real profitable when you factor in the number of subscribers that paid and the fact you're not going to send any of them what they paid for. They can't blame it on some software issue because if that were the truth they would have changed their software a long time ago. After all, what competent business would continue to use the same defective software that failed to send customers what they paid for? No honest company because HONEST companies like to keep their customers happy and repeat customers. One doesn't keep customers or get repeat customers when they engage in the behavior Lip Monthly does. I'm so done with them but not without giving them an honest review.

Finally, Lip Monthly started out as a different kind of subscription box under the name of Spicy Subscriptions Inc., selling a sex toy subscription! If their customer service was anything then like it is now, it's no wonder Spicy Subscriptions Inc., went out of business. Can you imagine all the angry customers wanting their toys? LMFAO

Tip for consumers:
If you subscribe, don’t pick the yearly plan because you won’t receive your items or any help from their customer service!
