I've been a customer for two years, never really had to use the phone because my business haven't taken off yet. Well my business is two years old now it's time to apply for funding but everytime I call my number to make sure it's working it's not working. No one ever answers the phone you have to email them. I emailed them the problem they are telling me it's fixed but everytime I call my phone it's not ringing it goes to voicemail. I put in for a transfer. It's been two months and office tree will not release my number. I can't wait any longer so I am forced to get a new number. Now I have to go through the trouble of updating my new number. Don't get a business line through them the service is horrible and you can't talk to a physical person. It's important that companies be able to verify you. With my number not working I can't get verified. Didn't want to write a bad review but they want release my number and I am mad about that.This company do not care about its customers just your money. To office tree do better!
