I am so excited because I know how good this makes me feel to have the control of alcohol and I know this works Now I have to do the homework that Mr Lundin told me to do. My energy is up already and its been only one day. I have seen so many therapist for this situation and took medication still went back This is my second time the first lasted almost a year being home and depress with this Covid situation alcohol creeped back into my life. I have never felt so good being sober and knowing I am a hard headed person that not many things will stop my craving but this man knows what he is doing Thank you so much again Eric for all you do
