All I know is that I placed an order with Truetablets.com in Feb 2013 and again in May 2014. Each time I received my product in a reasonable amount of time and as advertised. They even included a "First Time Buyer" promotional item with my initial purchase. There was a snafu with my credit card on the second purchase and I found the customer service rep to be professional and polite over the course of a series of potentially awkward emails.
