I had a one plus 9 pro 5g I upgraded to a one plus 10g because I thought that new towers meant I needed a new capable device. I was wrong the 10g is awful, the only thing that is halfway decent on the device is the battery, but if it's above 70°f my phone gets very hot from streaming audio only, with the screen off and it heats up like a baked potato. I don't know how you go backwards and make worse products than you used to, maybe I should ask Volvo they sold out and are riddled with problems.
Tip for consumers:
One plus could offer me a new device every year and I wouldn't take one.

My home is rural, my phone service from t mobile is absolutely terrible, I can't even get constant 3g from a TMobile or us cellular tower. I went out and bought a at&t prepaid phone and the service is actually 4g LTE speeds, with a constant connection. If you live in the southern Maryland area at&t crushes TMobile coverage and service speeds. Screen shots are the service I get from TMobile sitting on my front porch.
Tip for consumers:
TMobile home wifi cannot support streaming 4k anything for me. If I try to play a 4k media it buffers and downgrades itself to 720p or 1080p that's all it can support. And to download updates for video games, the fastest I've got was 1 gb In 22 minutes, that's 5mbps not 300.
