Chain of Events:

May 2nd: Purchased
May 30th: I send my first email asking for a status update
June 4th: They respond "Shipping typically takes 2 weeks but could take up to 3 weeks due to the pandemic"
June 19th: I send my 2nd email asking for an update
June 24th: I ask for an update
June 27th: I ask for a refund
June 30th: They send a 2nd response thanking me for my patience and they still have no update on when my order will be shipped.
July 26th: Today. Still no sign of the order.

I have been very polite and respectful on every email. It's not been 3 months and despite all of the reviews on Amazon, It's looking like this company is going out of business. They clearly don't care about their customers. They actively advertised (I purchased this through an Instagram ad) when they clearly aren't able to hold of their end of the bargain. I obviously no longer have any inkling of trust with this company, as they've only emailed me twice over 3 months and never with an actual update.
