1 star because 0 isn't an option. Order was placed in Oct for receipt by Christmas. Afterultiple attempts to make contact through a terrible, automated system, the second week of December I was told to pay via a different method if I still want my order, all the time referencing an order placed over a year ago and the order in question. In all fairness, I have purchased before with no issues. After this, I will never buy from Dresslily again.
