Good luck on your "easy return" process - once you send back the item and its recieved (due to low quality material) ypu get a cookie cutter response that your returned item will not be refunded because it was not returned like new - of course not cause it was shipped looking bad in first place which was why it was returned. And if THEY cancel an item on you (out of stock) they issue only partial refund... i have reported to FTC on their faulty business practices its a shame how they operate
