Indiamart claims to be a B2B portal which makes referrals of suppliers. They suck at their job. They are interested in ad revenues and sell advertising to anybody, India is full of scam artists and this is their favorite site. So if you have money to give away use this site. And the local police do not take reports of fraud so forget them

They say that the site is a democratic social site. Nothing could be further from the truth. First, the site doesw not have any links to their staff to deal with issues. There are no customer service contacts. That is a very bad sign.
They have success coaches which are ineffective. They quote procedures that do not work. The one thing that works is taking your money. Try to get it back when they do not deliver is a nightmare. I finally got a contact telephone number from my credit card company but they only take messages on that line. They do not want to deal with people probably because most people think they have been ripped off which is the case.
I asked for a refund and now I am blocked from the site. They stole the $1000 in revenue I had earned.
This is a dictatorship. Stay away. Do not give them any financial info.

This site is a total scam. I did meet a lady on this site and ended up marrying her. She is honest and we are happy but I will explain my comment about the site being a total scam.
Many of the women are real and some have good intentions but many do not speak any english. As a result, many use writers and translators. The letters are written by writers whose job is to keep you spending money. They send very short messages so that you have to pay each time to read. The answers to your questions are designed to keep you interested. There is little if any consultation with the lady to respond to your questions. When you call you are most likely speaking to the translator. The lady I called and thought I spoke to stated that she never talked to me on the phone.
The fact is that most of the positive ratings have been written by men who have never met the lady in question so they are not in a position to rate the site. They are being scammed but do not know it yet.
