I purchased from them online, but for some reason UPS sent back my package claiming I refused shipment when I absolutely did not. The tracking clearly shows that it was never out for delivery, just supposedly refused. When I contacted customer service they were insistent that I refused it and said they would either charge me a 20% restocking fee if I didn't want it or a redelivery fee. And I requested twice for a supervisor to contact me but all I kept getting was generic emails from customer service, not even a particular name. BUYER BE WARE. They have no problem taking your money and if there's a problem they'll just take a little more. I'll never give them another red cent.
