Why does PayPal represent companies like Rose Wholesale which has a 48% rating and is a total fraudulent company
I do not understand why they would not stop supporting this Korean company from ripping people off all over the world
Tip for consumers:
I would check any site you are purchasing from. Does not matter if you can pay and open a case through PayPal...you have to go through a waiting period over 30 days trying to get some kind of support and a refund hopefully!
