I decided to shop online for my daughters school uniforms. Estimated shipping date was the week before school starts. Never again, my tracking status was showing "package not received from sender" therefore was not in transit in the day it was supposed to be delivered. I called (being the concerned parent before school starts) and they refuse to do anything. They said it doesn't matter, I have to wait 10 days to even do anything so basically have to wait for my package to not be delivered to even start a refund request. $200 worth of uniforms……
I would have definitely bought my daughters uniforms elsewhere if I knew I would encounter such horrible, rude customer service. They simply don't care and made it known.
