This is the Carlingwwod location. I placed a back order and went back 4or 5 times over 2 years. The sales rep who took my order did not log it in their tracking system. Every time I went in, they tried to find the order, and said they'd call me after searching. They never called back.
Most grocery chains allow returns at other locations. Metro will only do so if it is their Selection brand. Veg looked old/soft

Did not shop there. After they wouldn’t accept the return, I was about to shop there anyway. My first stop: red onions. When I saw what poor condition there were in, I left.
