This guys are complete frauds. I have been asking them to refund my coin or money for over 2 weeks with over 20 emails, they keep saying "we are looking into it". PLEASE stay off Kraken altogether if you love yourself. Ayrlp. CO m seized control of the situation and tracked the transaction to my account.
