I ordered 36 Smores from this website. I would have gladly paid for standard shipping because I don't mind melted chocolate or marshmallows, they're Smores after all, but the website automatically chooses 2 day shipping to ship to areas where the weather is hot. Shipping costs as much as the order itself. 5 days later my order still did not arrive. With no tracking number because the website did not provide me with one. I had to call and ask where my package was. Customer service was rude, had no idea where my package was and told me I did not pay for 2 day shipping. That was just their regular fee to ship their products. Offered to reimburse me for the shipping charge. I accepted. It's been 3 weeks I still have not been reimbursed for the shipping fee. I received the Smores which were shipped by standard mail in an unprofessional looking package way past the date it was expected. It looked like something my grandma sends for holidays. The label was hand written in marker on notebook paper. The package was wrapped in what looked like brown paper bag. Would not recommend ordering from russellstover.com

I ordered a few items online. The boots I ordered were way too small and the jewelry was not the color I chose. I returned them. It took almost two months for me to finally get a refund and the only reason why I got my well deserved refund is because I filed a dispute through PayPal. I contacted Free People customer service before I did this and was told that I had already been issued a refund. It was false. Terrible customer service. Refused to listen to all of my facts. Had no sense of empathy at all. They threatened to not issue my refund until I closed my case with PayPal. Very stressful experience. Never shopping at Free People again.
