Mike was very kind, just needs to slow down a bit- I don't know if the Company pushes staff to do things very quickly or not but it pays in the long run to take a breath and do speak a little slower to avoid mistakes send having to repeat information on a credit card, overall he was very kind and pleasant to talk with and get my info correctly. I could tell he was under some pressure to make this a quick call- allow your team time to accurately collect the information.
They are not robots either- working for you, the company- Mike was a positive person at your loud and busy Call Center. He was trying to the best job possible!
