Did online shopping for free pickup in store. Randomly one of the items was shunted to shipping with a shipping cost of more than 50% of the cost of the item. Getting a customer service rep was a nightmare. (Had to call several times). Was asked to get issue rectified at the local BJs club, but was told by that club that they had nothing to do with online orders. In the end, only some of the charges were reversed. I gave up explaining to the customer service rep over and over again that I was overcharged. Will never use the free pickup service again. A very frustrating experience.
