They agreed to build us an app and a website and blog we paid top dollar for it $$$$ but they did not come through with the final product and it turns out they were not as far on with it as they made out to be. They convinced us to release payment from safe pay saying it was only fair as they had completed that work and we could make little changes after. Bull crap they held us financial hostage the whole time. Then they tried to say it was my fault not there's that they had built the app not to be able to handle the photos we had taken ( they just tried to get even more money from us again).

I ended up walking away and starting it again with a reputable company who picked up all there errors without me having to mention a word. But I've now paid for the app build and website build twice. Guru were hopeless and didn't want anything to do with it to help get my money back don't reccomend guru either. But key ideas is a complete sham

I used someone in India to build my website "KEY IDEAS INFOTECH" they did not build this to a satisfactory level and kept us financial hostage. They convinced us to pay them early each step saying most of the work was done. I still recieved no final copy of the app and it was all paid for. I lost touch with them. But seen as they had done a lot of the app we decided to build website and blog with them also(big mistake) so I'm out of pocket $$$$ and no app or website blog to show for it.
Guru refuse to step in and stop this from happening to others. Guru are not there to keep the consumer safe like they make out. Do yourself a favour and don't ever use guru! Build any websites blogs etc where you are from
