Shopping is my passion but so is helping others if I could! So don't be like me people, not reading reviews and just falling in love with the item on display and before knowing it, I just buy it! I learned my lesson the hard way but I thought I'd pass my thoughts to you hoping that you'd take my advices on board. I wish I could help people not to fall for those scammers so to teach them a lesson!

How I Can Help

First of all, check if that website is legit or not via websites like "sitejabber" or "trustpilot" for example and read reviews about the website you're about to order from. Read the return and refund policies before going ahead and paying for something, because we lose our consumer's right if we order something from the Far East and of course there's always no returning or refunding if you order from such countries and our governments can't protect us in this case!

“They are FRAUDULENT, STAY AWAY from them!”

I Ordered a cardigan for my bro on Nov 6, paid for fastest delivery + insurance, I received an email saying congrats it's been shipped, but I haven't received it! I contacted CS, they told me 1 lie after the other then asked me to contact the support team who insisted that it's been shipped while the tracking site says it's still in China! On Nov 18 I received an email saying it's been now shipped "from China"! They denied cancellation and refund saying it's against their website "POLICY"! I wrote a review on their website but it was hidden from others. I would stay away from them if I were you!

Tip for consumers:
According to their policy, you can cancel the order if it hasn't been shipped, so they lied to me in order not to cancel mine! Returns and refunds are only within 15 days from the delivered date, but they make it impossible to receive the item before 15 days so to exceed their deadline and make it impossible to be returned and refunded! Well played! They shipped my item after 12 days, so I'm stuck with it whether it suits my bro or not! Such scammers and fraudulent.
