I purchased a monthly and a yearly subscription to recover my whatsapp data and it doesn't work. It reached the 95% of the process and then shut down or I get a message saying I don't have enough space. A real disappointment! Money throw away. Now they refuse to give me a refund. And it says on their website "money back guarantee"
