I ordered two separate orders (one item in each) around the Holidays that were going to be gifted to two separate people. I paid for expedited shipping for each order ($20+). They bundled the two orders together and sent them as one expedited package, while charging me for expedited shipping for each order separately. I called several times to try to get one shipping charge refunded, but kept getting the runaround from their customer care. Even asking to speak to a supervisor i would get told "there is no managers or supervisors working here"
