Purchased 3 of the Crystal Burst Lipsticks andIt is the worst product I have ever used. After trying on all I can't return so I wrote to this company several times with NO response. Not a great way to handle complaints. I know other customers who are unhappy as well.

When you first sign up you get a lot of surveys that you qualify for but, after using the site awhile you end up NOT qualifying for a majority of the surveys OR you finish several surveys only to get hung up and NOT get points. You can report it but then only get a fraction of what the original survey promises. That said they DO pay you when you cash out but to make a measly 20 bux!
