Before you decide to work with PlayerUp and their "amazing" middleman services, please consider the following:
1.) In terms of customer support... They have no support. Questions? Ignored. Payment delay? That's your problem. Got scammed? Skill issue.
2.) Do not under any circumstances provide them with your personal information, especially with any copies of your ID. It will be revealed, posted on their site and used against you without your permission.
3.) If you leave any negative reviews or mention their service in a bad way: first you will be asked to remove it as they only handle support on their own site, and somehow it disturbs their work. They will try to sway you with the promises of payment. Then they will cancel your payment without your approval because you refuse to work with them. They will now try to manipulate you into deleting any negative reviews to "restore" your payment. Next, they will post every piece of your personal information that they have to blackmail you. You will be branded as a scammer and a fraud without any proof from their side.
4.) The best solution that they could provide in my situation was claiming my account from the publisher after I sold it two years ago, which basically means that they screw over both the seller and the buyer. So think very carefully before using their service to buy accounts too.

Now about my case. I sold my account two years ago, but still haven't received my money. And I never will as I am now branded a fraud on their site, my personal information is revealed, and my transaction is cancelled. Before this, I tried contacting their live chat and support numerous times, and had several two-hour long sessions in their live chat. I also tried to get any updates to my situation in the main ticket and three others.

No response since the beginning, where they post about issues with their bank and publishers. They had a main thread about it, but it stopped updating very soon and got deleted shortly after. Total radio silence since then. Until I wrote to them about my negative reviews of their service as a last resort. That and the following conversation was mostly done as a joke, just to get their attention, as I have already lost any hope to receive my money. Got instant response and the situation unfolded just as I described in point 3. At this point I don't care about money, my illegally revealed personal information or their accusations. It is about sending the message and warning to any possible users or even victims of this dishonest sorry excuse of a middleman service. Even if there really is a serious issue with their bank, the way that they handle any negativity about them, how they treat their users, customers and their private information is simply atrocious, illegal and unprofessional. If you are looking for a place to sell or to buy accounts, this is definitely not a good one, avoid PlayerUp at any cost. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

Update: This was not resolved, my transaction was canceled by MiddleTrash, check the screenshot. PlayerScam, what about the issue about revealing personal information? Care to comment on that? Bunch of cowards.

My review is now updated with two more screenshots:
1st, me trying to get your help and resolve this ONE MONTH AGO. My last message. No jokes, no sarcasm. Plain and simple. Ignored, next, please.
2nd, is your forum with my private information posted. Give. Me. Answer. About. Deleting. My. Private. Information. From. Your. Site. How hard is that?

And you really should tell your support team to toughen up. Because this is what you get for ignoring your customers and treating their privacy like trash.

Honestly, Mr. PlayerUp-Guy, no hate and slander. And I am not trying to cause problems. I just don't like me or my private information being treated like trash. And I really think that you don't have any rights to do so.
1.) You never tried to help me, you tried to erase any negative information about your services and then enter radio silence mode again.
2.) A couple of jokes made is not hate spreading. And no, an honest review of your services and methods is also not hate spreading, calm down.
3.) As a matter of fact, we do have something to discuss. Delete my private information and your foolish accusations posted with it.

Update 3:
In the end, the best they could do is ban me on their site. Again, think twice before trusting this company with your money, time and private information.

Tip for consumers:
Find something else, this site is hot garbage.

Resolved - This Transaction Was Cancelled By Nuvei

1. This transaction happened in 2020. The processor Nuvei cancelled your order.

2. In 2023, you re-contacted us stating you were scammed. We reached out to work with you to reach a resolution but you was snobbish and rude to our support team.

3. After trying a few days to reach a solution here it seems there is nothing we can do on our end for you. Our team was happy to try to work with you to resolve this but there is no pathway forward with this transaction it seems. Sorry you feel this is a scam but on our end we received $0 for this transaction and we don't need to take a loss when you're not fully committed to coming to a resolution on this transaction.

This is our last reply to you on sitejabber. We were willing to make an exception and take a loss to fund your transaction. We were just trying to help you get your issue resolved, come up with a solution here for you and in return you decided to attack / get nasty/rude to us instead. At this point there is nothing more to discuss. If you want our help, you can reach us onsite. If you prefer to defame/slander us as you're doing now instead then that is your choice but we will not waste anymore time responding to you here and this will be our last reply to you on sitejabber as it's clear you're just trying to cause problems rather than actually work with us to get your issues resolved.
