My subscription was scheduled to renew
5-20-24. Blue Dolphin charged my card on February 9,2024. They charged my card 3 months or so before they actually had authorization (to do so). In addition, I received 1 magazine not the promised amount.
Tip for consumers:
My main concern is ➡️do not charge a customer's card before the scheduled promised date. The customer may have the funds allocated for something else. Blue Dolphin charged my card (3 months in advance).
Products used:
The products do not arrive as promised. I received 1 issue for three different magazines from May 2023 to cancellation February 9, 2024.
