“$300 in Merchandise Not Arrived One Month Later”

I ordered about $300 worth of merchandise from Judaicawebstore.com a MONTH ago (on 8/14/18) and I still don't even know where my package is!

I've used many online retailers from Israel over the years, but this is my first experience with this business and my worst experience ever! They didn't even provide a valid tracking number!

I am so disheartened that after a month, they still haven't even provided me with a status, location or anticipated arrival date of my merchandise (pictured.). Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!
