They took our money. Told us it was being sent. Did NOT send the money, hurting the recipient who needed it. Now tell us it will be up to a week before we get the money back. We opened an account and made four transfers. Two went through. Two we were assured were on their way within hours. The funds are debited from our bank account and unavailable. The next morning wake up to message from very troubled recipient that no funds had arrived. No information over the weekend. Monday, three days later, we receive an email stating only "your amount remains closed." First we heard about the account being closed. Xe still has our money tied up. Talked to them this morning, no explanation, except, too bad, might be another three to four days before the funds are back in our account. No, there is no supervisor or complaint department I could be referred to. Horrible destructive uncaring company. Abysmal service. Avoid at all costs.
