Orderd and was charged for an AC unit over seven weeks ago. It still hasnt arrived. I've requested several updates and always get a generic response of "we've contacted the manufacturer and will update you within 24 hours" from a guy named Richard S. Several same responses, but no updates. Last week i got a response from Stephanie telling me I can request a refund (after I called them inept and wanted a discount). I need my unit and only asking for updates. Cancelling this only extends my need. I'm stuck! But rest assured after I get my AC, I'll NEVER us them again.
