EXTREMELY BAD or UNQUALIFIED LEADS, MOST DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, A LOT OF NON WORKING PHONE NUMBERS, MOST LEADS WERE PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A CHEAP RENTAL - NOT LOOKING TO PURCHASE A HOME. THIS PLATFORM THAT I PAID A LOT OF MONEY WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. IN A NUT SHELL IT;S A PLATFORM FOR LEAD ACCUMULATION - NOT AND I REPEAT NOT GOOD QUALIFIED LEADS WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE TRULY QUALIFIED AND OR READY BUY. THIS PLATFORM ADVERTISES ON FACEBOOK. THE RESULTS ATTRACT ONLY PEOPLE SURFING THE INTERNET. THAT'S IT. THEY ARE NOT TRULY RELIABLE SOURCES OF LEADS. BOTTOM LINE MARKET LEADER SUCKS - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. OH AND ONE MORE DISAPPOINTING FEATURE - MOST AND I MEAN MOST DO NOT OPEN AND READ THE AUTOMATED EMAILS THAT ARE SENT FROM MARKET LEADER. MOST LIKELY THESE AUTO GENERATED DRIP EMAIL CAMPAIGN THAT MARKET LEADER BOASTS ABOUT PROBABLY GOES STRAIGHT INTO SOMEONE'S SPAM OR JUNK FOLDER. NO ONE READS THE EMAILS!

MOST of the data is old. I went through with a fine tooth comb and learned that the sellers that scored high was because Offrs never updated their scoring of these folks A LOT have just bought a few months ago so their predictive analysis is old data. No good contact information either. I had to use Remine to get phone numbers and email addresses. Their postcard campaign is random and expensive - they don't send a consistent postcard to the same person this came straight from the customer service and sales person. VERY EXPENSIVE. Everything is priced separately - if you choose to go it alone without their pricey add ons all you are left with is a very expensive data sheet of names. Bottom line they sell old data. Do not recommend. Oh and it's an annual contract no breaking it. I pay $350 a month for a list of names and addresses.
