I wish I could buy everything from Amazon. Great customer service and if you have a problem they take care of it right away. Easy returns also.
From customer service to cashiers. If you have to return something you will wait in line 30 minutes or longer with one cashier and 3 mgrs. Just walking by.
They will charge your acct. Even though it is NOT set to automatic renewal. They go to your account, change the status, charge you then refuse to give you a refund. It doesn't matter if there has been no activity in weeks because the site sucks, they just take your money. They are theives!
