Got a steam roller set that didn't work. No steam comes out. They said I had to take photos on the ship box inside and out, around all the sides, the original box, all the parts. Then they would send it to the department and they will let me know if I get a refund. How does these photos show no steam coming out. This company has the worst feedback. An F rating on BBB. I'm filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. On their return policy it said nothing about all these firey hoops. I look on it today and they added it in. Wasn't there yesterday. Wow!

Her new show is awful. It's like she wants to show off her outfits. Tip, comb your daughters hair and dress her as nice as you do yourself. She always looks bad. My computer was 4 years old had 80% space free and the hard drive crashed, buttons didn't work, the sound was so low you couldn't hear it. Had to buy a new battery after 2 years. Don't buy a Dell. Buy HP. They make good computers. Their computers are trash now.

This company lies so much when you TRY to return a defective item. All the negative feedback on them is that they always side with the sellers no matter what. Just what we need more rip offs!
