Before I signed up for an account I had a shopping cart full of books and when I went to check out it had me sign up. I followed the prompts and went through the process and then after signing up, my entire cart was EMPTY :( I couldn't remember all of the books I had, and couldn't find a history of books looked at so it was very disappointing and took me way longer than it should have since I had to add the books I could remember :(

I ordered 2 books at a total cost of $28.39 and received an email advising one of the books...
I built a cart of 18 books. Once I went to check out and created an account it cleared my cart....
