Not clear when booking flights and hotels that they charge exorbitant booking fees. Automatically signed me up for opodo prime and charged me after 30 days free trial. No service, phone wait an hour, online chat no english but if you select french continually responds to a question in french by ignoring the question and repeating your choice of language is french. Went round that circle multiple times
