I love their Yarn of the Month Club and the Sari Skirts but I love their customer service most of all. They are so nice. I made a mistake on an order, didn't realize it until it was getting ready to ship out. I called them and sent an email (it was the weekend and they weren't open). I received an email from them first thing Monday morning letting me know they had corrected my mistake. Yippee! Thank you Kate! Now I'm waiting for my order to arrive!
