“No oversight or protection. Completely a rip-off”

Rented and was overcharged and cut rental short for safety. No contact info for neighbor to dispute overcharge and no response from homeowner for 24 hrs. $170 charge for 2.5 days. Stick with legit storage facilities!

Tip for consumers:
Legit storage facilities are seemingly more expensive but in the long run you do have some recourse.
