He kept quoting he had 18 years experience throughout emails but he really did not understand specific industry and how it worked (education). I went to an industry specific company and had perfect results within a couple days-literally before his next response of questions that I had already answered-he requested more money to continue (smh-lol). I already paid for the full package (resume, cover, thank you and LinkedIn) and only received a resume that I would NOT use-there was no way I wanted him to proceed much less pay more! I was willing to pay him for what he did do but he quickly responded no refunds. At one point-I even went into detail of what it should look like and willing to send him the other one (from the other company)-in hopes he would learn and broaden his knowledge of the education field and how it works-he was arrogant and rude. Everyone has room to expand but not him. I do wish him and his business well.
